Quality care
The production of food is impossible without strict quality control. At any point in time, food safety must remain guaranteed to the consumer. In order to achieve this, a hazard analysis is made for each production line and laid down in the HACCP plan. This plan indicates the critical points of control in each production line. Furthermore, Limelco conforms to the BRC "higher level" standard for the food industry.
The laboratory, staffed by 5 employees, ensures complete quality control: from the incoming raw produce up to and including all finished products delivered.
The laboratory technicians guarantee that each product which leaves the company complies to the specified standards and requirements.
Limelco is conscious of the fact that quality is not achieved by the quality control department alone, but by all employees. The staff are therefore actively involved in the ongoing quality maintenance and improvement plan. Internal and external training ensures the continuing improvement of the skills of Limelco's employees. Ongoing improvement is and remains the objective.

Charter Milieu en Duurzaam ondernemen
Limelco neemt deel aan het charter milieu en duurzaam ondernemen Limburg 2012.Om het Charter te behalen in 2012 zal Limelco moeten aantonen dat er meer inspanningen geleverd worden dan opgelegd door de milieuwetgeving.
